Synopsis:

Chris, Dean, Gilbert, Charles, Steven, Bo and Mike are young inmates in the final stages of their long and often repeated prison sentences. Before they are released back into society, they take part in this unconventional project where they help to capture, break and train wild horses. Film maker Marjoleine Boonstra followed the inmates during the course of the three-month training programme. This intensive contact with the horses forces the men to think about their own behaviour.
