Synopsis:

This is the reflection, vision and experiences of Laura, a young, independent, middle-class girl who in spite of supposedly having her emotional life sorted with Giancarlo, her long-term boyfriend, discovers thanks to a stranger, Ricardo, what is sex.

Laura, a religious, faithful, hard-working girl, says yes almost without thinking. Days later Laura thinks that he will not turn up for the date. The date is in a house in the outskirts of the city, Ricardo turns up and there she maintains a fiery sexual relationship full of extraordinary passion. They meet week after week, and every Wednesday Ricardo does something to make it different from last Wednesday, his games and proposals make her change and realise her sexual fantasies; making love to a woman. She starts to doubt her love for Giancarlo and without wanting to she begins to fall for Ricardo...

However, Ricardo, without saying anything and without letting her realise, begins to fall in love with Laura.

Laura is alone is a narration full of metaphors and reflections which bring us closer to the fantastic and difficult world of the heart and feelings of a woman that, although at the beginning does not seem it, are very similar to those of a man.
