Synopsis:

Joe (James Coco) is trying to get rid of a luxury ship he owns to collect the insurance. Professional con man Charleston (Bud Spencer) and his trio of English henchmen are out to double cross him. Inspector Watson (Herbert Lom) is keeping a watchful eye over the entire situation.

Charleston (Bud Spencer) is a gangster who is trying to arrange a transaction which will result in the transfer of ownership of a huge yacht. It means a lot to him, because his freedom is at stake. It means a lot to the Texan James Coco and the Inspector Herbert Lom too, because they will gain, respectively, lots of cash and the return of a valuable stolen painting.

Con-man tries to pull a fast one on what appears to be an easy prey, but his 'victim' scams him for five million dollars!
