Synopsis:

This is the Song You Need is a simple and imaginative story - a musical melodrama with a big portion of romantic comedy. Egil is Stavanger's best pizza delivery man and the world's gratest fan of the Norwegian pop star Morten Abel. He has a heart of gold, and he firmly believes that anyting is possible. Egil's best freind Jan Ove dreams of being a piza delivery man, just like Egil. There is only one small problem: Jan Ove is mentally challenged. For Jan Ove's 30th birthday, Egil buys a car, similar to his own, convinced that Jan Ove should learn how to drive. To the great scepticism of everyone else. A reard can't drime a car! At the same time Egil crashes with 'Anette on teh downhill slope. She falls into a coma. He falls in love. Egil needs help.
