Synopsis:
Roberto has always been in love with his best friend Michele's wife, Frida. When he learns that he must fly to the US for major heart surgery that he has little chance of surviving, he asks Michele for a final favor: to let him sleep with Frida. This request puts the friendship on the line, but worse is to come when Roberto returns months later, perfectly healthy, to find Frida pregnant.
