Synopsis:

When Kom, a young monkey belonging to the Woonkos tribe accidentally falls from the tall branches of his treetop canopy home . . . he embarks on a grand adventure. Rescued by the Laanko tribe, Kom is adopted by the King and made the court jester, much to the annoyance of the evil monkey, Sebastian. Kom quickly learns the ways of the more intelligent Laanko tribe and falls for Gina, the King's servant. Kom must battle to protect the lives of the Laanko monkeys and the superstition and hatred of Sebastian and his supporters while all the time trying to return to his home in the trees and thus reunite both tribes.

A rebellious teenage monkey refuses to believe what he has been told and sets out to find the truth.
