Synopsis:
Jack Higgins' master spy, Sean Dillon, is back in another hair raising adventure! British expatriate Henry Baker, scuba diving in the Caribbean, discovers an encrusted Nazi briefcase. The case contains plans dating back to World War II, detailing how the Reich will be resurrected from its ashes. The contents come to the attention of hard-nosed Brit Brigadier Charles Ferguson, who engages Sean Dillon (Kyle MacLachlan) to prevent the briefcase from falling into Nazi hands and quickly finds himself at the top of everyone's hit list. Baker is killed in an attempt to flee a Nazi assassin, leaving his daughter, Jenny in possession of perhaps the most sought-after briefcase in the world. Sean Dillon and Jenny face mounting terror as the documents are tracked by ruthless criminals. The free world hangs in the balance as the new Nazi regime draws ever closer to achieving its dream... world domination. Only one man stands in the way... Sean Dillon.

50 Years after World War II Hitler's deadly 'The Windsor Protocol' turns up. This document shouldn't be in wrong hands, so the British call upon a smart criminal to retain it.

One man has made the top of everyone's hit list.
