Synopsis:

Two Los Angeles cops--an aging slob (Wayne Crawford) and his cocky young partner (Martin Hewitt)--are suspended from duty after inciting an incident at a chop shop. The two decide to track down the owner (James Hong), and follow him all the way to a Hong Kong crime ring.

Action film: LA cop Elmo Lagrange works on the car theft detail. Joined by new partner Peter Russo, the two mount a stakeout at a warehouse which goes wrong and both men are suspended. Nevertheless they follow the leader of the car thieves, Ling, to Hong Kong but are tricked by his beautiful accomplice Jennifer. They uncover and eventually smash a vast smuggling operation before returning to Los Angeles.
