Synopsis:

A 40 year old man suddenly becomes unemployed and cannot cope with the situation. He becomes bitter towards society and in himself. His relationship with a married woman deteriorates as she cannot spend much time with him, he then becomes involved with a young girl who has problems with her parents.

A man in his 40s suddenly loses his job and finds himself on the dole. His relationship with his girlfriend, a married woman who can only spend a limited amount of time with him, suffers as a result. At the same time, another relationship is developing, his friendship with a young girl who has problems home.
