Synopsis:
Sara was removed from her family at age 11 and placed in foster care. Now 28, she receives word that her biological mother has died. Despite her resistance to dig into her unresolved past, she attends the funeral and wants to see her older brother, Danni. They were close as kids, but Sara soon realizes that neither Danni nor their father, Kjeld, can recognize her and she decides to keep quiet about her identity. Her plan is to see her brother and then quickly return to Copenhagen. The plan changes when she finds out that she has two younger sisters. Keeping watch on her father's house, Sara soon discovers that what is happening there goes back to her childhood.
