Synopsis:
A Spanish soldier deserts from the army in 1931, only to find himself arrested by a group of local policemen. He is released and soon befriends a lonely, old man in the local village. Problems arise when the old man's daughters come to visit their father and the soldier quickly falls in love with each of them.

In 1931, a young soldier (Fernando) deserts from the army and falls into a country farm, where he is welcomed by the owner (Manolo) due to his political ideas. Manolo has four daughters (Rocio, Violeta, Clara and Luz). Fernando likes all of them and they like him, so he has to decide which one to love.

Romantic drama set in Spain in 1931, at the dawn of the Second Republic. A rites-of-passage story about a young army deserter who finds sanctuary in the country estate of an elderly liberal painter, who has four beautiful daughters.
