Synopsis:

As her wedding day dawns, everything seems as perfect as it could be until numbers-obsessed maths teacher Saz Paley discovers that her perfect Mister Eleven is actually an imperfect Mister Ten! In this romantic comedy, Michelle Ryan (Eastenders/Bionic Woman) stars opposite Sean Maguire (Meet The Spartans) and Adam Garcia (Coyote Ugly/Wicked) in the story of a love triangle driven by irrational obsession and a belief that the best match for any British woman is her eleventh sexual partner. So what will become of Saz's (Ryan) new husband, the heart-throb Accident and Emergency doctor, and all round Mr Perfect, Dan (Maguire)? Will he be relegated from being Mr Statistically Right to Mr All Wrong? Will the handsome Aussie Alex (Garcia) who turns up at the wedding unexpectedly as an old friend's "plus one" become the new Mister Eleven? Or will Saz finally wise up and let true love take the lead over her numeric obsession?

The numbers don't add up for an obsessed teacher on her wedding day, in this comedy drama starring Michelle Ryan and Sean Maguire. Charting the course of her love life by a statistic that says women marry their eleventh sexual partner, Saz Paley (Ryan) thinks she's finally met Mr Right, in the shape of A and E doctor Dan (Maguire). Believing him to be her ideal 'Mr Eleven', Saz is horrified to learn on her wedding day from the newly arrived and still interested Aussie, Alex (Adam Garcia) - her 'Mr Nine' - that their relationship was never consummated, and that consequently Dan is now 'Mr Ten'. As she casts her mind back over her past conquests, Alex and Dan are left waiting to hear Saz's decision, pondering where the dice might ultimately fall.

Obsessed with numbers since childhood,maths teacher Saz Paley, having discovered that most women marry their eleventh sexual partner, does just that,tying the knot with dishy doctor Dan Fenn. One of the wedding guests, handsome Australian Alex, whom Saz assumes was her 'number nine',tells her that she was too drunk for intercourse on their night together, and she is unwise enough to tell Dan that her plan has been thrown off course. The couple row and she goes home to mother, where elder sister Beth rebukes her for her obsession with numbers, citing popular old flame Eddie as a happily married man with none of Saz's hang-ups about statistics. Alex rings her and they meet and kiss, observed by Dan.

Saz and Dan divide out their wedding presents and agree to an annulment of their brief marriage. However,after Saz's stepfather Len gives her a pep talk she visits Dan to reconcile with him, only to find Spanish nurse Alicia staying at his flat. Too annoyed to listen to a reasonable explanation she dates and beds Alex, thus making him her Mister Eleven, but when Len is rushed to hospital she is impressed by Dan's kindness and concern and starts to accept that her obsession with numbers is stupid. She finds out too that Alex had lied to her for his own sexual gratification and that Dan was,after all, her eleventh partner. Accepting that Alicia was only Dan's lodger she gets back with him but for the right reason - she has loved him all along despite her weird obsessions, and he loves her too.
