Synopsis:
Red Nose - volunteer teams helping drunks get home. This Christmas set romantic comedy Quebec-style pairs much despised literary critic, Felix Legendre (Patrick Huard from LES BOYS) with Celine (Michele-Barbara Pelletier), a writer whose work he unknowingly trashed years ago. Celine plots revenge, which in movie terms means that the two will eventually fall in love. From the opening (complete with credits done in 60's style animation) to the end frames, director Canuel and his crew paint a Delicatessen/Triplets of Belleville kind of gothic look to the city of Montreal, recognizable from the Olympic Stadium. The Quebecois (like the French) charm abound, the main actors likeable, the jokes are funny and the dialogue better than most other romances.

A theatre critic meets an actress to whom he once gave a bad review and they strike up a relationship, becoming volunteers for Nez Rouge, a charitable organisation that takes drunks home in December every year.
