Synopsis:
'La liste de Carla', a 95-minute documentary directed by Marcel Schüpbach, tells the story of the battle Ms del Ponte waged with her team to advance the cause of justice, while in Bosnia, ten years after the events in Srebrenica, women wait for the arrest and imprisonment of those who carried out the massacres. This is the first time a camera has gone behind the scenes at the ICTY to follow proceedings, from The Hague to New York by way of Belgrade, Zagreb, Luxembourg and Washington DC.

At the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, one woman fights for justice and the extradition of the last remaining war criminals on the run. Their names are Ratko Mladic, Radovan Karadzic and Ante Gotovina, wartime leaders of Bosnian Serbs. Her name is Carla Del Ponte, the Swiss-born, chain-smoking chief prosecutor.

Carla's List documents the difficulties of prosecuting people for war crimes.
