Synopsis:
Bradley Hardacre, owner of the brass factory as well as everything else in the town, is the most ruthless of men and enjoys a life of luxury, much to the disgust of Agnes Fairchild. However her plans to overthrow the Hardacre Empire are thwarted by her husband George who is ever the unswervingly loyal employee. Meanwhile to complicate matters further the loves and passions of the Hardacre girls and the Fairchild sons are heating up, with some truly hilarious consequences for everyone concerned! This release features every episode from all three series of Brass.

TV comedy BRASS is set in the 1930s. Bradley Hardacre (Timothy West) owns a brass factory, coalmine, shipyard (and most of the Lancashire town of Utterley come to that) and is a ruthless man of luxury and wealth living in the big house on the hill with his wife Lady Patience and his children, sons Austin and Morris and daughters Isobel and Charlotte. At the other extreme are the working-class Fairchilds, who are employed by the Hardacres, live in a tiny house at the bottom of the hill

Gritty, Northern mining drama meets Dallas. Bradley Hardacre runs the local mine and has to deal with his very strange family as well as the trouble caused by his workers, led by the redoubtable Agnes Fairchild (she of the heaving bosom). Comedy show full of references to other TV shows as well as various historical events.
