Synopsis:

It's a world where action heroes, superheroes, time travellers, evil villains, wizards, robots, giants, dinosaurs, aliens, zombies and monsters casually go about their business amongst the daily irritations of explosions, disasters, earthquakes, floods, tidal waves, battles, chases, crashes, alien invasions and stunts. With effects software increasingly accessible outside expensive post production facilities, 'The CGI Sketch Show' allows writers access to technologies previously only available to the mega budgets of commercials and Hollywood movies. The result is a sketch show in which literally anything can happen. Combining great comedy with big name guests, unimaginable locations and impossible effects this series aims to punch through the noise of the digital landscape and break new ground in ambition, scope and technology. Combining the talents of Britain's funniest writers and performers with the technological wizardry of their CGI team, 'The CGI Sketch Show' heralds a brave new world of comic possibility.

Comedy sketch show set in a surreal parallel universe where film and TV special effects are part of everyday life. In this world, superheroes, wizards and dinosaurs are commonplace in the daily merry-go-round of car chases, explosions and disasters.
