Synopsis:

Fuma Ninja (Ninp? F?ma Ichizoku) Set in 1790 in and between Edo and Odawara, the story introduced F?ma Kotar? (the chief antagonist being again portrayed by Amatsu), a descendant of the famous 16th century ninja F?ma Kotar?, obsessed with finding the buried H?j? clan treasure, lost at the end of the 16th century when Odawara Castle fell to Toyotomi Hideyoshi. There were three mirrors which were clues to its location: the Wind Thunder, the Water Tiger and the Fire Dragon, and most of this story was concerned with the efforts of the F?ma Ninja to take them from Shintar? and Tonbei who had them for safe-keeping. The story ended with the apparent death of F?ma Kotar? when, wounded by Shintar?, he fell from a cliff.
