Synopsis:

At eleven, everything in Elisa's life will lose its innocence. One day whilst her father is asleep and her brother is on a swing outside, her father's friend will rape her, as she cries he tells her if she stops he'll give her a silver bracelet. It's from that moment on she will forget what happened to her for a very long time. Fourteen years and four months later she remembers. Scared, she calls her mum, 'Help me, I've remembered something terrible.' Breaking many rules of cinema and featuring unconventional narration throughout, Eliza K is a heartbreaking story that asks the question of how this young woman will carry on with her life.

Elisa, who'll be eleven this summer, loves her new dress with its blue bows. But things are a hairsbreadth from losing all importance. Her father's friend has made her cry, followed by the comment: "If you stop crying I'll give you a silver bracelet." No-one realises what's happened. Elisa's a bit odd and that's it. Until 14 years, 4 months and a few days later she calls her mother, frightened, saying: "Help me, I've just remembered something awful."

Elisa is almost eleven-years-old and she loves her new dress with blue bows. However, her father's friends has made her cry, and in order to make her stop, he says "If you stop crying I'll give you a silver bracelet." No one knows what happened that day but Elisa became a bit odd afterward. Fourteen years later, she calls her mother frightened and says: "Help me, I've just remembered something awful."
