Synopsis:

The evil Shadow Lord has taken over the kingdom... and only three people can save it. Lief, Jasmine and Barda have nothing in common - and everything to lose. They must embark on a perilous quest to recapture the seven lost gems of the magic belt of Deltora. Only when the belt is complete once more can the evil Shadow Lord be overthrown and the people of Deltora be free from tyranny.

The whole series (so far about 32 episodes) is based on the first series of the Deltora Quest novels where Lief a blacksmiths' son, Barda former leader of the palace guards and Jasmine a wild child of the forests of silence go to look for the 7 gems (diamond, emerald, lapis lazuli, topaz,opal,ruby and amethyst) to get rid of the horrible reign of the Shadow Lord and put Deltora's true heir on the throne.
