Synopsis:

A parent's nightmare. A shot at a new life. The life of forest ranger John (Antony Starr from TV's OUTRAGEOUS FORTUNE) is a never-ending cycle of work and hanging out with his mates - at least according to his wife, Ana. As a result, John and Ana share a strained relationship, and their daughter, Pearl, rarely sees her father. One day, in an effort to make amends, John takes Pearl to work with him. While playing in the shallows near the pool of a waterfall, Pearl loses her ball behind the rushing stream. After John retrieves it, he surfaces to find Pearl has mysteriously disappeared. Three years later, John is a shell of a man. Still grieving after all this time, he has separated from Ana, who has become pregnant to his best friend, David, the policeman in charge of his missing daughter's case. With John refusing to give up his search tensions in the isolated community boil to the surface.
