Synopsis:

Bank securities expert Rachel McKenzie is horrified to discover her young daughter has been kidnapped by the ringleader of a deadly web of police corruption. The ransom is an explosive piece of incriminating evidence locked away in a dead cop's safety deposit box. Rachel designed the securities system. Only she can breach it. Only she can save her daughter. And time is running out.

Rachel McKenzie (Amy Carlson) is in charge of a bank's security system. Two corrupt cops (Judd Nelson and Thomas Ian Griffith) kidnap her daughter and a friend to force her to open the safety deposit box of one of her bank's clients, and give to them its contents. Meanwhile, an investigation about police corruption in the department is already underway...
