Synopsis:

Touchback follows Murphy (Brian Presley), a down-on-his-luck small town farmer and volunteer fireman whose glorious high school football days were cut short when he was critically injured during a playoff game. He often wonders 'what if' and then is unexpectedly thrust from the present day back to that fateful instant that changed his life forever. But this time around Murphy has the choice to decide if he wants the life he has or the life that could have been.

On the game winning play of the biggest game of his life, the best High School Football player in the nation injures his knee and destroys his dreams of a college and professional career. But fifteen years later, he receives the opportunity of a lifetime: the chance to go back and change history.

When a washed-up high school quarterback is sent back in time he gets the opportunity to replay his final game. Will he avoid the injury that ended his promising career or will he choose the route that lead to his small town life?
