Synopsis:

Subdivision charts the fall and rise of self-employed builder and working class hero, Digger Kelly and his son, Jack. A stalwart of the local community, Digger builds honest homes to exacting specifications, as subcontractor for Harry McKee, a small-town developer and Diggers coaching partner on the local footy team. When south-of-the-border developers, Seabrix, move into town, keen to make a killing on this underdeveloped piece of paradise, the future of Digger, Jack and the entire community is put at risk. Featuring some of Australias finest acting talent including Gary Sweet, Steve Bisley, Brooke Satchwell and Bruce Spense, Subdivision is written by and stars Nova talent, Ashley Bradnam and is directed by Sue Brooks.

Subdivision is a comedy/drama which is based on the change a community goes through when hotshot upper class developers take over. The plot centers around Digger Kelly and his son Jack, both whom are carpenters that work and build homes in Hervey Bay. Their work is turned upside down when a city property developer led by hot young executive Tiffany moves into town.

Comedy set in Queensland, Australia. The arrival of a property developer in a small coastal town provokes fears for the town's prosperity. However the property developer soon falls for a local.
