Synopsis:
A pair of reporters from London come to investigate possible corruption in a town's postwar plans and are helped out by the unwitting handyman who is ordered to destroy some important housing forms to cover up the political scheming. An accident sends these forms flying in the wind.

George Formby plays an odd job man who is interviewed by some reporters on a London newspaper about post war planning of the town which leads to the discovery of political corruption.
