Synopsis:

After an Endless Summer, Lockie Leonard gets ready for another year in Angelus, middle of nowhere. But how will this year be any different? Will it be more of the same, or will it be New and Improved? If its any comfort, his family and friends are as weird as ever. His Dad, the local police sergeant, maintains the best weapon against crime prevention is a poem. His Mum remains frighteningly understanding, while little brother, frontier scientist, Philip has been fast-tracked to high school one year early...opening the door to a whole new world of humiliation. As for Egg? Even though hes still a total metal head, hes also still the best friend Lockie could ever ask for. You can never really know whats coming up the future just happens.
