Synopsis:
The Constant Gardener (2005)
Set against the backdrop of Africa and the pharmaceutial industry - and told in flashback - a British diplomat investigates the murder of his idealistic young wife.

Just a Kiss (2004)
An Asian girl, Tahara, goes to the local Catholic school. When Tahara's brother, Casim, meets trainee teacher Roisin Hanlon, sparks fly as cultures and personalities collide.

Mrs Henderson Presents (2005)
Laura Henderson buys an old London theater and opens it up as the Windmill, a performance hall which goes down in history for, among other things, its all-nude revues.

My Summer of Love (2004)
In the Yorkshire countryside, working-class tomboy Mona (Press) meets the exotic, pampered Tasmin (Blunt). Over the summer season, the two young women discover they have much to teach one another, and much to explore together.

The Constant Gardener (2005)
Justin Quayle is an English gentle diplomat who is sent to the Kenyan Embassy to work. He takes his wife Tessa, who is an impulsive woman that he met in a conference. Tessa is a tenacious activist that fights for the rights of the poor people and she helps Doctor Arnold Bluhm. Tessa finds out accidentally that a powerful pharmacist firm (3 Bees) is trialling a new drug amongst the Africans. Tessa is more involved in the matter and she decides to ask Sandy, Justin's friend, for help because she don't want to involve to her husband. Tessa is murdered in a trip to the north of Kenya and the authority try to accuse Arnold of the crime. Justin, with a passion for gardening, decides to uncover the truth behind the death of his wife - with no regards for the consequences.

Just a Kiss (2004)
Qasim Khan has been born and bred in Britain, while his parents hailed from Pakistan. Qasim has grown up listening to harrowing tales of the British-sponsored partition of India and Pakistan, and that of his dad's twin brother, also named Qasim, who decided to stay in India, rather than move. His family is very conservative and would prefer their children have Islamic life-partners, as they have been hurt by racial slurs and attacks from the more extreme Caucasians in their community and are unsure if Caucasian life-partners are committed to marriage. The Khans have arranged Qasim's marriage with a beautiful young woman named Jasmine, and also made arrangements for her to travel so that the young couple can meet each other. Before Jasmine's arrival, Qasim informs his parents that he is in love with an Irish school-teacher named Roisin Hanlon, who is white, and a Catholic. The Khan family is shattered, their daughter's (Rukhsana) marriage is canceled, and they face loss of face in the community. Rukhsana goes to meet Roisin in order to convince her to get out of their lives, but Roisin refuses. Then chaos also breaks out in Roisin's life when she is asked to get a letter of approval from her Parish Priest, Father David, in order to continue to be employed in the Catholic School. When she goes to meet him, Father David refuses to give her any letter until and unless she breaks off her relationship with Qasim. Faced with losing her employment, and getting ex-communicated by the Church, will Roisin relent and give up on Qasim?

Mrs Henderson Presents (2005)
Recently widowed well-to-do Laura Henderson is at a bit of a loose end in inter-war London. On a whim she buys the derelict Windmill theatre in the West End and persuades impresario Vivian Van Damm to run it, despite the fact the two don't seem to get on at all. Although their idea of a non-stop revue is at first a success, other theatres copy it and disaster looms. Laura suggests they put nudes in the show, but Van Damm points out that the Lord Chamberlain, who licenses live shows in Britain, is likely to have something to say about this. Luckily Mrs Henderson is friends with him.

My Summer of Love (2004)
A tale of obsession and deception, and the struggle for love and faith in a world where both seem impossible. The film charts the emotional and physical hothouse effects that bloom one summer for two young women: Mona, behind a spiky exterior, hides an untapped intelligence and a yearning for something beyond the emptiness of her daily life; Tamsin is well-educated, spoiled and cynical. Complete opposites, each is wary of the other's differences when they first meet, but this coolness soon melts into mutual fascination, amusement and attraction. Adding volatility is Mona's older brother Phil, who has renounced his criminal past for religious fervor - which he tries to impose upon his sister. Mona, however, is experiencing her own rapture. 'We must never be parted,' Tamsin intones to Mona but can Mona completely trust her?

The Constant Gardener (2005)
In a remote area of Northern Kenya, activist Tessa Quayle is found brutally murdered. Tessa's companion, a doctor, appears to have fled the scene, and the evidence points to a crime of passion. Members of the British High Commission in Nairobi assume that Tessa's widower, their mild-mannered and unambitious colleague Justin Quayle, will leave the matter to them. They could not be more wrong. Haunted by remorse and jarred by rumors of his late wife's infidelities, Quayle surprises everyone by embarking on a personal odyssey that will take him across three continents. Using his privileged access to diplomatic secrets, he will risk his own life, stopping at nothing to uncover and expose the truth - a conspiracy more far-reaching and deadly than Quayle could ever have imagined.

Just a Kiss (2004)
In Glasgow, Scotland, the Pakistani parents of Casim Khan have decided that he is going to marry his cousin Jasmine. Unfortunately, Casim has just fallen in love with his younger sister's music teacher Roisin. Not only is she 'goree', a white woman, she is also Irish and catholic, things that may not go down well with Casim's parents. They start a relationship but Casim is torn between following his heart and being a good son.

Mrs Henderson Presents (2005)
The film is based on the true story of the Windmill Theatre in London. Eccentric 70-year-old widow Mrs Laura Henderson purchases it as a post-widowhood hobby, and appoints autocratic manager Vivian Van Damm. In 1937 they start a continuous variety review called ""Revudeville,"" but after other theatres in London copy this innovation, they begin to lose money. Mrs Henderson suggests they add female nudity similar to the Moulin Rouge in Paris. This is unprecedented in the United Kingdom. The Lord Chamberlain reluctantly allows this under the condition that the nude performers do not move so it can be considered art, the equivalent of nude statues in museums.

My Summer of Love (2004)
Two sixteen-year olds spend one long, hot English summer together.
