Synopsis:
He's the ultimate smooth operator: handsome, debonair and charming enough to melt your heart while relieving your bank account of its very last cent. He's Alexander Mundy, cat burglar by trade and now ex-con, pardoned by the government on one condition: that he puts his extraordinary procurement talents to work as a secret agent for the USA. Spying is a decisively deceptive business and Mundy is top notch, traipsing across glamorous European locations disguised as a millionaire playboy, seducing women and stealing all while enjoying a government pay cheque! Robert Wagner returns for the second season of It Takes a Thief, which became a global phenomenon at the height of the sixties spy craze thanks to its high fashion, cool music, snappy dialogue fun plots. Part Mission: Impossible, The Man from U.U.C.L.E. and To Catch a Thief, with a dash of The Saint and James Bond, this 7 disc set presents all 26 episodes from the second season including a newly recorded interview with Robert Wagner. So hide your valuables and join Al Mundy on a criminal caper!

Alexander Mundy - smooth, suave, sophisticated - is the world's greatest cat burglar. Finally arrested after years of pilfering, he strikes a deal with American agent Noah Bain: a full pardon if Mundy agrees to use his skills to steal for the SIA, an American espionage agency. Technically under house arrest, Mundy travels all over the world performing daring acts of thievery in the name of Uncle Sam.
