Synopsis:

Opposites attract in this charming, screwball romantic comedy. Handsome, restrained Ernie moves to big-city Berlin and falls for the quirky, adorable, life-of-the-party Tobi. As Tobi tries to loosen up Ernie's inhibitions with late-night clubbing, balloon couture costumes, and a little sexy fun, the relationship thrives…until the arrival of Ernie's childhood friend, Uta. With her mysterious Secret Service past, she appears to be up to no good, prying Ernie away from Tobi. As Uta's plot starts to unravel the relationship, Tobi's friends hatch a wild plan to convince Ernie that Tobi is the man for him, hurtling everyone toward a madcap conclusion.

Colourful balloon dresses, long party nights in Berlin's trendy clubs and erotic evenings on the dining table - this is the chaotic relationship of the unequal couple of Ernst and Tobias. Though opposites attract, respectable banker Ernst is often unsure, whether bubbly and always cheerful Tobias takes their relationship as seriously as he does. Soon they rise to a challenge of every relationship: everyday living together and mutual trust. The sudden appearance of Uta, Ernst's eccentric school friend, fundamentally changes their relationship. Uta forges out a scheming plan, which Ernst completely falls for. Together with his friends, Tobias spares no efforts to checkmate the unwelcome guest as soon as possible - and sets events in motion that increasingly get out of control.

Funny, fresh and unpredictable this light-hearted romp through queer Berlin and a few of its colorful characters is an absolute delight. New in town, the serious-minded Earnest, a banker, finds his work and personal life thrown upside down after he meets and quickly falls in love with Tobi, a flighty, high energy extrovert and performance artist who lives for the city's wild nightlife. The two are not exactly a perfect match-actually more like opposites-but they want to make it work and need all the help they can get from Tobi's coterie of alternative friends. But when Earnest's friend Uta arrives on the scene she thinks Earnest can do much better and schemes to break them apart-setting off a frenzied battle of the fashionista divas. An adorable, sun-splashed rapid-fire comedy!
