Synopsis:

A dramatization of the beating that high school student Jonathan Wamback received at the hands of a teen gang from his own neighbourhood, and the subsequent efforts by his father to have Canada's Young Offender Act reformed. The film follows his agonizingly slow recuperation during the months that follow - his struggle to regain speech, learn to walk again, and finally, to come home.

Tagged: The Jonathan Wamback Story is the true story of a teenage gang's attack on high school student Jonathan Wamback in Ontario, Canada. Following the attack, Jonathan falls into a coma. The movie shows the events leading up to the attack on Jonathan in June 1999, and follows through his slow recuperation during the months that follow.
