Synopsis:
Twigson (2009)
Twigson is about a tough, naughty, quick-witted and brave boy who finds an unusual friend. Junior has just moved, and has not made any new friends yet, when the wooden twig Twigson appears in the middle of a pile of firewood... And one thing is for certain: twigs like Twigson don't grow on trees.

Twigson Ties The Knot (2010)
Twigson meets Karoline. A one-of-a-kind birch twig. It takes an extraordinary girl to match a twig like Twigson. Because twigs like Twigson do not grow on trees. Junior is dreaming of a bicycle of his own. Mum is involved in an accident. Vesla sells waffles, and the Crown Prince gets married. In addition, Junior and Twigson solve a crime, a new boy arrives in the village, and Twigson learns how to fly.

Twigson in Trouble (2011)
Twigson and Karoline have got a baby and are really happy. Mom and Dad are worried: Junior does not have any real friends. He doesn't like the other boys in the street anyway. And he has Twigson. They make a pact not to have any other friends. Forever! But one day Twigson disappears without a trace.

Twigson (2009)
Lillebror, a mischievous and quick-witted boy, has just moved out of town and not made any new friends yet. One day he discovers a twig - Knerten - in a pile of firewood, and this becomes his imaginary friend. When Lillebror's mother gets a job in a general store and his father is out traveling as an underwear salesman, Lillebror has to manage on his own most of the day. With Knerten in hand, he encounters a new everyday rural life filled with colorful characters and challenges. But can a pine twig be a real friend - and can the family afford to stay in the run-down house?

Twigson Ties The Knot (2010)
Twigs have feelings too! Of this, Norwegian director Martin Lund is quite certain. And so, for him, the protagonist of his film is no different to humans, for, as he says: 'We are all made to be with someone else, to have someone with whom we can spend our lives. Someone to have and to hold. Someone to love. And then, if we are separated from the person we love, we do crazy things to get them back. This is what my film is about. What it's like to yearn for someone, to search for this person and how important it is to be with someone.' In this sequel to TWIGSON (2010) our woody hero falls in love - in Karoline, a rather fetching birch twig. But for all those who might be tempted to think that the basic idea of one piece of wood meeting another isn't exactly the stuff of a feature-length film, the filmmakers have also created another strand, namely, a crime. It all begins when Junior's mother mysteriously falls off her bicycle and badly hurts herself. Of course Dad is away selling nylons at the time as usual, and the police aren't really bothered. But Junior is convinced that there's more to the incident than meets the eye, and so he sets out like a detective to search for evidence to prove it. He is aided in his investigations by his girlfriend Tiny - but of course Twigson and Karoline are also in tow!

Twigson in Trouble (2011)
Lillebror and his family move to the village. His parents are worried that he's not making any new friends. However, he has Knerten, a stick that has just become a Dad. One day Knerten disappears without a trace. When looking for Knerten, Lillebror finds an abandoned baby. He takes the baby home and now he must find both Knerten and the baby's mother. The search becomes a fun adventure and Lillebror gets help from places he least expects.

Twigson (2009)
What's city boy Lillebror to do when his family moves to the countryside and there are no kids nearby to play with? Since it's before cell phones, IMs and video games, the boy's imagination must take over, turning a human-shaped twig into his best friend. Twigson and Lillebror prove inseparable. Mom, Dad and Lillebror's teenage brother try to adjust to living in their dilapidated house, being short of money and fitting into the tight-knit community, as Twigson and Lillebror meet local characters and adventure. In the end, it's going to take some magic from Twigson and Lillebror to help their loved ones and ensure they all stay together in their little house for a long time to come.

Twigson Ties The Knot (2010)
When Lillebror's mother is mysteriously hurt in a biking accident, Lillebror and Knerten turn the town upside down trying to find the culprit.
