Synopsis:

Detective Richards (Jalal Merhi) and Masterson (Cythia Rothrock) reunite to pursue escaped serial killer Chong (martial arts star Bolo Yeung) into the ancient caverns beneath San Francisco's Chinatown on the eve of the Chinese New Year. In a race against time, they find themselves captured by Chong and his brother, evil underground Chinatown leader Dai Lo Fu (Han Soo Ong), as they prepare for a deadly ritual. Escaping and Masterson confort their enemies in a battle filled with spectacular gunfights and martial arts. The hard-hitting action is non-stop in this no-holds-barred fight to the death!

Policewoman Detective Linda Masterson and her colleague Tarek Richards infiltrate the world of karate and kickboxing in order to find the serial killer who preys on martial artists, leaving a telltale 'tiger claws' mark of death.
