Synopsis:

Family is everything to Jack. Seven years after the death of his brother, he is devoted to caring for his sister-in-law Mya (Alicia Witt) and niece Tara. But when his worker's visa is denied and deportation to his native England seems imminent, Jack is forced to do what any gay man would - marry his bestie Ali (Jamie-Lynn Sigler) to get his green card and stay in New York. After a quick wedding, things seem to be right back on track. Ali moves in and takes up residence on his couch, and Jack returns his attentions on his brother's family. It's a comfortable arrangement... until he meets Mano. Mano fills the romantic void in Jack's life, forcing changes that could tear his world apart.

A gay Brit living in New York is deprived of his immigration status, and risks losing his family and life in the U.S. He marries his lesbian best friend to remain in the country and stay with his family, but things get complicated when he meets the love of his life and is forced to make an impossible choice.
