Synopsis:

For the launch of the new mini-series 'Paris, la ville à remonter le temps' (Paris, the city to turn back time), a poster was designed that shows Paris from a new perspective. Composed of a 90-minute docu-drama and four 52-minute documentaries, this series is a journey through space and time across 5,000 years of the city's history. The poster uses this concept of space-time travel by superimposing the greatest Parisian monuments throughout the ages. Mixing fiction, special effects, unseen footage, documentary research and expert commentary, this is an opportunity to see the capital as never before.

This docu-drama alternates shots of Paris, scenes of fiction, costumes and reconstructions of monuments at various times, thanks to technology developed by Dassault Systems, featuring 3D models and simulations... A unique diving in the heart of Paris during its 5,000-year history of 8 periods: Prehistory to the Gallo-Roman, early Christian in Clovis, Philippe Auguste in St. Louis, Henry IV to Napoleon 1st through the Bourbons and the French Revolution, Louis Philippe to Napoleon III and Haussmann, the Paris Commune, the Universal Exhibition in St Germain des Pres, George Pompidou in our time...
