Synopsis:
Kay, (Juliet Aubrey), attractive, 30-something and single, lives with her over bearing and possessive mother, Phyllis (Anna Massey) in her rundown West London house. But Kay's life is about to change dramatically. From the moment Niko (Mirek Simunek), a stunningly attractive young Albanian, claps eyes on Kay while she works at the National Gallery, he pursues her relentlessly and, bowled over by the attention, she finally agrees to a date. Yet when it is discovered that Niko is an illegal immigrant fleeing Russian gangsters and Kay's mother's property is now worth millions, ulterior motives emerge...

Kay Rice lives with her elderly mother in the mother's house which is now prime real estate worth millions. When Kay meets and falls for a charming Albanian immigrant called Niko he realises that if he plays his cards right the sale of the house may be a way he can pay off a debt to some mobsters.

An illegal immigrant from Albania Nico (Mirek Simuneck) is on the run from a Russian mafia boss Andrei (Mem Ferda). He begins a love affair with an artist Kay (Julliet Aubrey). When he discovers her family home is worth millions, he hatches a plot to get hold of the deeds.
