Synopsis:
The Barbecue shows the human attitude with reference to our own nourishment, consume, habits and knowledge of the food chain, from the birth of the living being, and which will be turn into a final consumer product, passing through his own existence and announced death. Different socio-cultural positions: religion, politics, industry and education, being interviewed different characters that, through their social position, transmit their own anthropologic vision of the human feeding/nourishing.

The BBQ is a documentary film reflecting the human attitude regarding their own food through documentary and fictional parts. Outstanding people from different socio-cultural positions: religion,meat industry,animals activists, scientifics, are interviewed and transmit its vision of the use of animals.
