Synopsis:

A vicious ex-con is murdered shortly after being released from prison and the identity of the killer remains a mystery in this gritty tale of survival on the streets from filmmaker Stephen Allen. Blue Daniels (Curtis Van) is the kind of criminal most people only read about. Cold, calculated, and merciless, the joy Blue takes in watching his victims suffer is only matched by the shocking brutality of his crimes. When Blue targets former model Stacy, who threatens to reveal a dark secret from Blue's past, the frightened woman enlists the aid of her ex-husband, barbershop owner TC (Charlie Robinson). In the hours following a botched drug deal, Blue's lifeless body is discovered -- but who would have the guts and the power to take down one of the streets meanest players?

Underworld Ralph Tresvant vehicle-cum-crime drama. Blue (Curtis Von) a former con just out of the big house has trouble getting a foothold out on straight street. Desperate, he falls into his old dealing and stealing ways. Before long he unfolds an extortion plan that looks less than favourable for a former acquaintance, the beautiful Stacy (Channon Dade) who takes her plight to TC (Charlie Robinson) her ex-husband and proprietor of a popular barbershop. Falling further into dire straits, Blue has a week to pay back a baron after a load of drugs he was in a charge of goes missing. At the height of this brouhaha, Blue turns up in an 'unbreathing state' the only question is - who among all these possibilities has done the deed?

Ex-con Blue Daniels can't find a job, so he decides to do a complete 180 and go back into crime. He approaches former model Stacy, who is living happily with her accountant husband Trent, with unflattering pictures of her that would destroy her career if were to get out. Blue demands $35,000 in exchange for the negatives, which brings about Stacy's rapper brother Bobby, former boyfriend and barbershop owner TC, and others.
