Synopsis:

As the season begins, Nina (Asher Keddie) is twelve weeks pregnant to partner and anaesthetist Patrick Reid (Matthew Le Nevez). Having recovered from the initial shock of their surprise pregnancy, Nina embarks on a mission to order all areas of her life before the baby arrives. Will Nina's desire for a perfect pregnancy and home life be disrupted by complications at work and the bedlam created by the ever-expanding Proudman family? Billie (Kat Stewart) and Mick (Eddie Perfect) let go of the dream of starting a family and focus on their work. With their careers running at a fast pace, the couple must navigate the highs and lows of personal success within their relationship, facing jealousy, loss and all the temptations life throws at them.
