Synopsis:
Four remarkable women fight their own battles whilst thousands of miles away their loved ones risk life and limb in war torn Afghanistan. A fantastic ensemble cast: Claire Skinner (Outnumbered, Doctor Who) Clare Higgins (Parade's End, The Syndicate, The Golden Compass) Nicola Stephenson (The Chase, Clocking Off) Antonia Thomas (Misfits, The Deep) Warren Brown (Good Cop, Luther) Greg Wise (Sense and Sensibility, Cranford) and George Costigan (Rita Sue and Bob Too, Doctor Who) alongside Emmy award winning lead director Terry McDonough (Breaking Bad, The Street) deliver big emotional stories told through four compelling women. Includes 6 episodes on 2 discs.
