Synopsis:
Japanese horror directed by Makoto Tanaka and based on a short story by Hideyuki Kikuchi. Sòta (Sôkô Wada) is a freelance writer working for a magazine in Tokyo, but when his current story doesn't seem to be going well, his editor sends him to investigate another story of a dead child found with no internal organs. Arriving in the town he visits the local mortician in charge of the body, but as he conducts his interview the child who was assumed dead escapes from the morgue. With the help of local girl Fumiyo (Yôko Maki), Sòta investigates this strange occurence and finds it may be related to the disappearance of a group of children 35 years ago.

A young reporter is covering the mysterious case of a child found dead with missing internal organs. Suspecting a case of organ trafficking, he visits the doctor who was responsible for the autopsy; and finds that the organs were not stolen after all - they were missing from the start. Tracing the body back to a remote area in the woods, he starts to unravel the story of a group of children who went missing 35 years ago... yet reappear every time it rains, seeming not to have aged a day since their disappearance...
