Synopsis:

International banking mogul Carlos Garcia (Michael Madsen "24", "Reservoir Dogs") is set up by an organized crime syndicate and US authorities have wrongfully accused him of sex trafficking. U.S. Homeland Security Director, Sheila Hayman (Joanna Pacula, "Tombstone"), sends her top ICE Agent Mike Johnson (Raymond O'Neill) to interrogate Carlos. However, in an effort to infiltrate the sex trafficking syndicate, Agent Johnson decides to fake the killing of Carlos and go undercover and become known as an officer who is on the take. Johnson soon learns that part of the syndicate's plan to launder money by investing in the construction projects. When the city's lead building inspector Ray Kieffer (Ray Goodwin) does not cooperate with the criminals, his teenage daughter, Marie (Caitlin Noah) is kidnapped. Through her own tenacity she is able to escape and the syndicate realizes Marie can identify them and they want her dead. Kieffer, an ex-special forces officer sets up traps to throw off the assassins to keep his daughter alive. Agents Johnson and Kieffer realize they must work together to defeat this powerful, ruthless syndicate. With a vested interest in seeing the demise of the syndicate, Carlos also joins in and uses his underworld contacts to work behind the scenes when least expected.

A fearless ICE Agent must plunge deep undercover into a criminal syndicate filled with ruthless felons. His main mission is to stop the human trafficking of young women and will stop at nothing to bring those responsible to justice.
