Synopsis:

WWII spy thriller, adapted from the Polish TV series of the 1960s. After discovering he is the exact double of a captured Nazi intelligence officer, double agent Hans Kloss (Stanislaw Mikulski) embarks on an undercover mission to recover gold bullion stolen by the Nazis. Whilst causing the maximum destruction and panic among the ranks of the enemy, Kloss battles to save the life of Elza (Marta Zmuda Trzebiatowska), while trying to avoid the attentions of suspicious SS officer Hermann Brunner (Piotr Adamczyk).

In 1945, Polish intelligence agent Hans Kloss, codenamed J-23, goes to Konigsberg to search for the treasure stolen by the Nazis. It's there that he meets his old friend and rival, SS Officer Hermann Brunner.
