Synopsis:

A Day In The Life of Rahela (2006)
13-year-old Rahela lives on one of the steep mountainsides in the middle of Kabul. Every day she hauls up canisters of water from the plains to help support her family and pay for her schooling. A beautifully observed encounter between the filmmaker and her protagonist.
Bird Street Is My Home (2009)
There is a small forge in the middle of the bird street in Kabul. It is the center of the world for three young boys. When they do not work or are not in school, the bird street is the most wonderful of playgrounds.
My Teacher is a Shopkeeper (2009)
Primary school that works outdoors, in tents with almost no furniture. We follow a class of charming little pests and their young teacher who has trouble with them but shows tremendous love of his students, despite everything. He also works as a shopkeeper.
School Bus (2011)
A crowded bus runs for three hours and three hours to go back in the chaotic streets of Kabul: it is the school bus for the Blind Children Institute.
