Synopsis:

Stan Lee's classic children's animated series swings onto this 4 DVD complete collection of Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends. The animated 1980's series shows the three young friends encountering a number of heroes and villains from the Marvel universe. The 'Troublesome Trio' look to defend New York City against enemies including Doctor Octopus, The Green Goblin and Doctor Doom. Whilst making the most of their abilities, they also team up with the greatest SUPER HEROES like Captain America, Thor and The Incredible Hulk, looking to put an end to crime.

In this series, Spider-Man forms a close friendship and alliance with two superheroes, Iceman and Firestar. Together, the group, informally known as 'The Spider Friends', battle crime in New York City. Along the way, they not only face Spider-Man's own enemies, but also other major Marvel Comics villians like the Red Skull and Doctor Doom while also meeting other heroes of the Marvel Universe.

Spider-Man battles crime in New York City with the help of Iceman and Firestar.
