Synopsis:

Third and last part of Frans Weisz' trilogy about a Jewish family that just can't banish the traces of WWII. This project is unique in Dutch film history; shot over a period of 20 years (Polonaise (1989) and Qui Vive (2001)) with the same cast attached.

The third part of Frans Weisz's family trilogy. The drama picks up eighteen years later, with the patriarchal Simon mortally ill. The family meets at his bedside to decide what to do.
