Synopsis:
The Big Boss: A young man sworn to an oath of non-violence works with his cousins in an ice factory where they mysteriously begin to disappear. The Chinese Connection: A young man seeks vengence for the death of his teacher. Game of Death: A martial arts movie star must fake his death to find the people who are trying to kill him. Game of Death II: While investigating his friend Chin Ku's (Hwang Jang Lee) death, martial artist Billy Lo (Bruce Lee) is killed. His younger brother, Bobby Lo (Kim Tai Chung), investigates both deaths. His search takes him to Japan, where he befriends Lewis (Roy Horan), master of the Castle Of Death. But when Lewis is brutally murdered, Bobby must investigate the mysterious Fan Yu temple, where he must enter an underground pagoda and face off with the most terrifying of enemies. The Way of the Dragon: A man visits his relatives at their restaurant in Italy and has to help them defend against brutal gangsters harassing them. Police Story: A virtuous Hong Kong police officer must clear his good name when the drug lords he is after frame him for the murder of a dirty cop. Police Story 2: The Hong Kong super-cop must stop a group of blackmailing bombers at the same time that the villains of the first Police Story are out for revenge. Armour of God: Jackie Chan and his bumbling sidekick are sent on a quest through Europe to find a mysterious treasure held by a shadowy organization of monks. / The Young Master: After failing his fellow students in a Lion Dance competition, Dragon (Jackie Chan) is sent away from his school in disgrace, on the condition that he must find his errant brother. Much martial arts mayhem and mistaken-identity silliness ensue. Project A: Fighting against pirates in 'old Hong Kong'. Chinese costume drama with plenty of over-the-top tongue in cheek action and music. Once Upon a Time in China: Set in late 19th century Canton this martial arts film depicts the stance taken by the legendary martial arts hero Wong Fei-Hung (1847-1924) against foreign forces' (English, French and American) plundering of China. When Aunt Yee arrives back from America totally westernised, Wong Fei-Hung assumes the role of her protector. This proves to be difficult when his martial arts school and local militia become involved in fierce battles with foreign and local government. As violence escalates even Aunt Yee has to question her new western ideals, but is it possible to fight guns with Kung Fu? Once Upon a Time in China II: In the sequel to the Tsui Hark classic, Wong Fei-Hung faces The White Lotus society, a fanatical cult seeking to drive the Europeans out of China through violence, even attacking Chinese who follow Western ways. Wong must also defend Dr. Sun Yat Sen, a revolutionary, from the military. With his friends, loved ones, and the future of China itself at stake, Wong must once again use his martial arts skills to defend the innocent. Once Upon a Time in China III: Master Wong and his disciples enroll in the 'Dancing Lion Competition' to stop an assassination plot and to battle an arrogant, deceitful opponent.
