Synopsis:
Fantomas: Criminal mastermind Fantômas, a man of a thousand faces, is unhappy with Fandor, a journalist who's written a fictive interview of him. He kidnaps Fandor, threatens to kill him, but first goes about ruining the journalist's reputation by committing a sensational crime in Fandor's guise. Hot on the trail is police Commissaire Juve, so Fantômas commits a crime looking like him. Soon, our intrepid heroes, Fandor and Juve, with the help of Fandor's girlfriend Hélène, are on the mastermind's trail, but who's in control? Oscar: Trouble, trouble, trouble! It is indeed under the sign of trouble... and of confusion that the crappy day Bertrand Barnier has just gone through will have been placed. The businessman will not forget it soon! And quite rightly so. Just imagine: a maid that wants to resign to... marry a baron! A masseur who treats you like an executioner of the Holy Inquisition! And, to cap it all, a right-hand man who breaks shocking news after shocking news (demanding a high pay increase, saying he has relieved his employer of a bunch of millions, stating that he has decided to marry his daughter who, incidentally, has been made pregnant by Oscar the former driver...) To say nothing of three black suitcases, one of which contains millions of francs, passing from hand to hand! Is it really possible to make sense of such wild confusion? As that crazy day ends, Barnier thinks he has achieved the impossible. But has he really? Hibernatus: The frozen body of Paul Fournier is discovered in Greenland where he had disappeared during a scientific expedition in 1905. Perfectly conserved he is brought back to life in the 1960s. His descendants take care of him: to spare him the cultural shock they behave so to make believe it's 1905 and they are his cousins, uncle... Delusions of Grandeur: Don Salluste, a petty tyrant in his own home and minister of the King of Spain, falls from grace. Wanting revenge, he tries to compromize the Queen with his valet Blaze, introduced as his cousin. But poor Blaze gets stuck with a rather repulsive duenna, who is madly in love with him and very keen on getting her way. This wild comedy takes off at a dashing pace set by the De Funes, Montand and Sapritch trio. What's Cooking in Paris: Top-notch french restaurant owner Monsieur Septime is involved into crime when one of his famous guests disappears.
