Synopsis:

Angels Fall: Running out of transportation - and financial means, when her car breaks down in a Rockies town, former Boston chef Reese Gilmore accepts a diner cook's job at least until she can afford the spare parts which may takes weeks to arrive anyway. She resist the owner's womanizing son, handsome romantic ranch-hand Lohario 'Lo', but gets on kissing terms with grumpy recluse author and former city reporter Brody. She needs help to and after reporting to sheriff Rick Marsden she vaguely saw an apparent murder. No woman's corps is found, and her own psychiatric past is revealed.

Blue Smoke: Watching her family's pizzeria Sirico's burning up when a young girl, Reena Hale decided to follow in the footsteps of Baltimore PD- Fire department liaison, investigator John Minger, and succeeds, except in her parents' case. twice she finds a dream lover, each killed in a fire just before he would propose to her. Hugh's case is clearly arson, and later Josh's is found also to link, the killer even left clues to link to Siricos. Her third lover and neighbor, Bo Goodnight, soon proves the next target, but not the last.

Carolina Moon: In her mid-twenties, Tory Bodeen returns to the small Carolina town of her childhood, where her best friend Hope was murdered in an unsolved assault. Tory is blessed - or maybe cursed - with the ability to see events in the past and present, and although at the time she knew what has happening to Hope, she was unable to prevent it or to see who the assailant was. Her father, a righteous religious fanatic, remains a suspect. As the anniversary of Hopes death approaches, Tory resolves to face her demons with the help of childhood friends - her cousin Wade, Hope's sister Faith, and Hope's brother Cade, who still carries a torch for her. Will friends be enough?

Montana Sky: Cancer-deceased stock trader Jack Mercy's funeral is where his three daughters Willa, who lived on his Montana cattle ranch, shy Lily and Hollywoodian Tess, from different mothers, meet. The notary and neighbor Ben McKintock, who fancies Willa, are to supervise the surprising last will: the girls only inherit 1/3 each of the $24,000,000 estate after cohabiting there for a year. Tess and Munroe County's gentleman sheriff Nate Torrence, a hunky vet, fall in love. So do Lily and Adam Wolfchild, a half-blood ranch-hand, but her abusive husband, ex-con Jesse Carne, stops at nothing to get her back. But is he the one who viciously kills ranch animals and ranch-hand Pickles?
