Synopsis:
Celia: Presented in an all-new director-approved digital transfer, Celia is a tale of lost innocence set during a long hot summer in 1950's Australia. Seen through refreshingly non-sentimental eyes, it stylishly evokes the surreal childhood world of rituals, games and gangs and the incomprehensible nature of adults. The Tale of Ruby Rose: In the 20's, Ruby Rose lives alone with her husband Henry and their stepson Gem in the cold mountains of in Tasmania, Australia. While Henry hunts with Gem, Ruby stays at home missing her mother and fearing the darkness. One day, Ruby decides to travel alone to the city where her father lives in a journey of discoveries and redemption.
