Synopsis:

The story continues as more chaos ensues... In the aftermath of the assault against Izaya Orihara, signs of new disorder begin to develop. Holding his own ideals, Mikado gains the powers of both the "Dollars" and the "Blue Squares". Meanwhile, Shizuo Heiwajima and Tom Watanabe end up hiring Varona for their debt collecting business. Izaya quietly returns to Ikebukuro and schemes a plot pulling strings of various people from the shadows. In order to save Mikado, who has gotten stuck in the darkness, Masaomi comes back to Ikebukuro as well. But he finds out that his best friend is a different person from what he remembers... Paths cross and trouble brews as the plot thickens in this complicated web of conspiracies.
