Synopsis:

16-year-old Darío is struggling with his parents' divorce, trapped between them as they fight and do their best to turn him against the other. His neighbour Luismi is his saving grace, his best friend with whom he shares an unconditional friendship. Together they navigate through their adolescence, going for joy rides on motor scooters and spying on girls. When Darío reaches his limits at home, he runs away. Left to fend for himself in the big wide world, he befriends shady mechanic Caralimpia, and Antonia (played by director's actual grandmother), a sweet granny who collects abandoned furniture to sell and who teaches him the about life's silver lining. Together with Luismi, these two individuals will become Darío's family for the summer. But underneath all the happy times, lurks some serious lessons set to change the course of Darío's life.

16 year-old Dario got away from home, running from his familiar hell. Luismi, his unconditional friend, Caralimpia, a poor loser in a winners suit and Antonia, an old lady who collects abandoned furniture in her three-wheeler will become his new family. Three generations meet in a city that's too big to be alone. It's summertime.
